1. Returning to the Stars - in EVE Fiction [original thread]
Well, I can see ships made for use in space only, but that would mostly be by design, and not because of the material they're made of. While atmospheric environment has its harshness, deep space is much harder on a ship hull. There are radiation, ...

3. [SERMON] The Light of God Shines on the Federation - in Intergalactic Summit [original thread]
Truthfully, I doubt your intention are even to "save" our less fortunate citizens as much as enslave them. Sure, they'll be fed, housed and brainwashed, but at what cost? At the cost of a life of servitude and chastity? No thanks. I, for one, wou...

4. [SERMON] The Light of God Shines on the Federation - in Intergalactic Summit [original thread]
*grins* Bishop, you're my hero. You make me almost want to give up f***ing and become a proper Holy Joe like yourself. Almost. Seriously, good thing we're all up in space, because looking up at the sky like that would give you people one hell ...

5. Roleplaying Discussion - in EVE Fiction [original thread]
Having recently come back from a long break, I have the same impression. The old RP channels seem deserted or at best very quiet, regardless of the number of people still logged in them. I'm keeping my hopes that RP in EVE will grow to a glory i...

6. EVE Online should SO look like this... - in Out of Pod Experience [original thread]
Originally by: zibelthurdos one other thing, IMHO a generated univers with millions of solar systems won't work well in an MMO, no matter how well intentioned. there is the possibility of going months without seeing another person. having...

7. EVE Online should SO look like this... - in Out of Pod Experience [original thread]
Originally by: Glarion Garnier The ships in that site look stupid to me. Do we need another eve. And what makes you think their engine works some what better than CCP's. You cannot tell such thing by looking at screen shots now can you ?...

9. EVE Online should SO look like this... - in Out of Pod Experience [original thread]
It's probably old news for most people, but while looking for videos of Ambulation, I found this ¡. I seriously think CCP should buy those guys and their game engine... it looks kinda neat. Only drawback I see to the Infinity project is that it...

11. Returning to the Stars - in EVE Fiction [original thread]
There was not much in terms of settlements on the remote world. Barely viable, the only region where food could be harvested in sufficient amounts for a colony to thrive was too small for even pirates or smugglers to spend the time and ressources...

13. EVE crashing problems. - in EVE Technology Lab [original thread]
Are you using a sound blaster card? I'm using a Sound Blaster 5.1 card and I had the same problem (still do). I know it's somehow related (or at least it is to directx audio support), because disabling audio in EVE sorted it out. It's a bid dull...

A friendly bump for the Wing :D While I left to persue my own endeavor, I still think very highly of the Wing, its leader and its members. We need more groups like this one. Or more people in this one.
